I must admit that the Hexagonal one, at least in the original paper, looks the most straightforward. However, just like for the others, there are long debates over the Internet how these architectures should be implemented, what each element means, how to implement each layer, etc. A lot of failed or overengineered implementations happened due to such misunderstandings.
