Are these companies in some kind of partnership with the blacklist operators? Is it pay-to-play? Or are they automating the delisting request process that's supposed to require the actual network operator to demonstrate the abuse has been resolved? A dirty IP range gets a fresh slate for a fee, and every security tool that trusts these blacklists is now working with corrupted data.
